Mission

The Orientation, New Student and Transition Programs office lays the foundation for the newest members of our learning community to matter, belong and thrive by:

• Providing educational engagements that support the college transition
• Aiding students in understanding the richness of the engaged liberal arts and embracing the campus as a classroom
• Introducing students to the web of resources available throughout their journey
• Connecting them to their home at Wake Forest (their residential community), faculty, staff, and peers
• Welcoming them into the University community through shared experiences and traditions
• Supporting the University’s commitment to inclusive excellence and wellbeing efforts
