R.E.C. is a pre-orientation program designed to help incoming first-year students transition into the Wake Forest community through Recreation, Engagement, and Community.

Join us for several days of fun-filled activities hosted by Campus Recreation. Experience the vibrant recreational scene at Wake Forest with access to a wide range of options, from invigorating fitness classes and friendly team sports to an outdoor hike and skill-building workshops.

R.E.C. promotes mental and social well-being, fosters leadership development, and helps you seamlessly transition into your new home at Wake Forest.

Application Process:

R.E.C. accepts students on a rolling basis until all spaces have been filled.

Specific program details will be shared in early August.

  • If interested in this program complete the application no later than June 1 to be priority consideration
  • Final payment and supplemental paperwork due by July 6

$400

Scholarships are available. Please indicate your need for financial assistance on the Pre-Orientation application.
